Returns Are Easy!

We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes it’s difficult to choose the right product online and its totally okay to change your mind!. So we’re only too happy to offer our 30 day return or exchange policy on all full-priced products that are in like-new condition.

Prior to sending your item please contact us at customercare@yanasurf.com and request a Return Authorization number (also known as an RA). Your RA should be included in all communication with us regarding the return and displayed clearly on the front of any parcel returned. Please send your return merchandise (with RA and proof of purchase) to:

How long will it take?

Items sent by mail for exchange or refund can take up to 2 weeks (excluding Express delivery times). That includes time for the goods to be processed and then shipped back to you or a credit issued. If you haven’t received your exchange or credit within 2 weeks, don’t panic! It shouldn’t be far away.

Additional returns and exchanges information

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality planet-friendly products available anywhere! You are entitled to a replacement or refund for defects in material and workmanship on purchases from Yana Surf. Our responsibility with respect to replacement or refund is limited to the initial purchase price of the product(s) and does not extend to any other expenses, or damages, of any kind, beyond that amount.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.
  • Specific warranty terms may apply to hard goods or technical products.
  • Product exchanges are subject to availability.
  • We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
  • We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty. In this situation, where we send you replacement product, we will do so at our cost.
  • All return items have to be in their original condition, with all tags and protection stickers in place and unmarked boxes.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers in place. We suggest trying on swimwear over underwear to avoid any disappointment.
